Privacy Policy
Effective 9 October 2026
Privacy contact: webhym@gmail.com
Your artwork is saved on your device. KDraw Studio does not upload your drawings or imported pictures to HYM or attach them to advertising requests. You can draw and color offline, without creating an account.
Ad-supported versions use Google's advertising and privacy services. Those services process information such as identifiers, IP address, interactions and diagnostics. This policy explains that activity and your choices.
Who and which versions this policy covers
HYM publishes KDraw Studio for Android, package com.mandalacolor.bynumber,
previously listed as Mandala Color by Number. Contact HYM at
webhym@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.
The advertising sections apply to the ad-supported release beginning with version 1.12.0, when that version is installed. Earlier regular versions without an advertising SDK do not make the advertising-service requests described here. Updating this policy does not add advertising to a version already installed on your device. Locally installed builds labeled KDraw Studio (test ads) have a test-edition notice.
Your artwork, imported files and settings
Drawings, coloring progress, imported images, previous drawing versions and preferences are stored in the app's private storage. Android's file-selection interface gives the app access to files you choose to import. KDraw Studio has no HYM sign-in, artwork upload service or account-based cloud gallery.
When you export or share, you choose the destination or receiving app. The exported copy is then handled under that destination's terms and privacy practices. The app does not send a copy to HYM as part of exporting or sharing.
Advertising and Google's services
The ad-supported edition uses Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). App Open ads may appear when you open the app or return to it. Ads are not placed inside your drawing and do not unlock tools; clicking an ad is never required to draw.
The first two genuine entries into the app have no displayed ads. Later eligible ads are at least one hour apart and limited to three per calendar day according to the phone's local date. The one-hour spacing continues across midnight. An entry without a displayed ad can still involve privacy-service requests or permitted ad preloading.
Google's SDK disclosure describes collection and sharing of IP addresses, app and ad interactions, performance diagnostics, and device or account identifiers, including advertising ID and app set ID where available. IP addresses can indicate approximate location. Google's stated purposes include advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Availability of data depends on device settings, privacy choices and SDK configuration.
UMP contacts Google to determine which privacy message applies and to handle advertising privacy choices. The app checks UMP before initializing advertising or requesting ads. It does not use a separate analytics or crash-reporting service; this does not remove the advertising SDK's own measurement and diagnostics.
Google and its advertising partners identified in the privacy message may process information under their own policies. For more information, read Google's Mobile Ads data disclosure, UMP information and Google's Privacy Policy.
Your advertising privacy choices
Where applicable, Google's privacy message lets you accept, decline or manage choices. To find the controls, tap the three dots at the top right of the home screen to open Settings & help. Scroll to Ads & privacy and tap Privacy choices when it is available. In the form, choose Do not consent to decline or withdraw consent, or Manage options to review the available choices. Labels and options may differ by region and language, including for US-state advertising choices.
The Privacy choices entry appears when Google's privacy service requires it. A privacy form does not necessarily appear every time you open the app.
Declining personalization or consent does not necessarily prevent all advertising requests; Google may permit limited or non-personalized ads under the applicable settings. Drawing remains available when ads or privacy services are unavailable. You can also use advertising-ID controls in Android settings and Google's own privacy controls.
Backup and device transfer
Depending on your device, account and Android settings, eligible artwork and preferences may be included in Android backup or transfer to another device. The backup rules include creative settings and artwork, and exclude advertising and consent preferences. The backup provider manages those copies. HYM does not operate that backup service or receive your artwork through it. A device backup may restore local information after reinstallation.
Deleting artwork in KDraw Studio does not delete copies already exported, shared or backed up elsewhere. Manage those copies in the destination app, device or backup service.
Retention and deletion
Local artwork remains until you delete it or remove the app's storage. Drawings moved to Recently Deleted become eligible for cleanup after 30 days and are removed when the app performs that cleanup. You can choose Delete permanently earlier. Previous drawing versions are limited by the app's local history and storage limits.
Clearing Android app storage or uninstalling removes the app's local data, but does not remove independent exported, shared or backed-up copies. It also does not erase information already processed by Google. Google-held information is subject to Google's retention practices and privacy controls.
Support correspondence is kept for handling your request and related follow-up. HYM's policy is to retain that correspondence only while needed for those purposes or a necessary legal or security reason. You can request deletion using the contact below; any necessary exception will be explained in the response.
Support and requests about your information
Contact support opens your email app with a draft containing the app version, Android version and device model. You can edit or remove those details before sending. If you send it, HYM receives your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send and uses them to respond. The app does not read your mailbox or automatically send a support message.
To request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied to HYM, email webhym@gmail.com and identify the relevant correspondence. Do not send a password, government ID or unrelated private files. HYM will review the request and explain what information it can identify and act on. Rights and necessary exceptions depend on the information and applicable law.
The support-email route applies to information you supplied directly to HYM. KDraw Studio does not provide a tool that deletes Google's advertising records, and HYM cannot identify all such records from your email address. For data held by Google, use Google's privacy controls or contact Google. Changing a privacy choice is not a promise that all previously processed records are immediately erased. Google's retention rules may also allow it to keep some information for necessary security, fraud-prevention or legal reasons.
Security and permissions
Artwork is stored in Android's application-private storage. Google states that the Mobile Ads SDK encrypts its transmitted data using TLS. The app's privacy-policy links use HTTPS. Copies you send to another app are handled by that app's security practices.
The ad-supported version includes network and advertising-related permissions; internet access does not require an Android runtime permission prompt. The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts or precise-location access for advertising.
Intended audience
KDraw Studio is intended for adults aged 18 and over, as declared on Google Play. It does not provide an age-verification service. If you believe a child has supplied personal information directly to HYM, contact us so that we can review and address the request.
Changes and contact
This page's effective date will change when the policy changes. Material changes in data handling will also be reflected in the app's disclosures and Google Play declarations.
